The ALVMC850 vertical machining center for our Brazilian customer has completed assembly and trial machining at the ALLES CNC plant and has now moved into the export packing area. Before packing, the machine passed accuracy and function checks to make sure every axis and the spindle performed as specified.

The machine is seated on a heavy-duty plywood pallet and bolted down through the base to keep it from shifting during sea transport. The chip conveyor and other accessories are dismantled, wrapped separately and fixed alongside the main body, while guideways and precision surfaces receive anti-rust oil before closing.

Packing follows our standard export procedure for overseas shipments: reinforced pallet base, steel strapping, waterproof wrapping and clear shipping marks. The unit will be trucked to Qingdao port and shipped to Brazil, with full documentation provided for customs clearance.
ALVMC850 series machining centers are built for rigid, accurate milling of medium-sized parts. For customers in Brazil and South America, ALLES CNC provides complete pre-shipment inspection records, packing lists and after-sales support. Please contact us for specifications and delivery schedules.
