VMC850 Vertical Machining Center Loaded and Sealed for Brazil

A VMC850 vertical machining center has been loaded and sealed into a container at the Alles CNC yard, and the shipment is now on its way to Brazil. This news follows the machine through the final loading step, from the open container to the sealed doors.

The machine had been packed in a fumigation-free plywood case on a reinforced wooden skid, with anti-rust film on all machined surfaces. Inside the container, the case was secured to the container floor with steel belts and wooden blocks, so that it cannot shift during the long sea voyage.

With the machine in place, the container floor was checked and the remaining space blocked out to keep the load stable. The doors were then closed and the locking bars sealed, with the container number PIDU 452164 8 (45G1) recorded for the shipping documents and customs clearance.

The container will now be trucked to the port and shipped to Brazil.
