ALFCK50 Turning-Milling Center Packed and Ready for Shipment to Poland

The ALFCK50 turning-milling center has completed its final inspection at the Alles CNC workshop and is now packed and ready for shipment to Poland. Before packing, the machine passed its full trial run covering spindle run-up, turret indexing with driven tools, and axis movement.

For export packing, the machine was first treated with anti-rust oil on all machined surfaces. The bed and guideways were wrapped with protection film, and the whole machine was fixed on a heavy wooden pallet. The chip conveyor and other attachments were wrapped and fixed separately to avoid any damage in transit.

The ALFCK50 combines turning and milling in one machine: the power turret carries live tooling for milling, drilling and tapping, which allows complex parts to be finished in a single setup with higher accuracy and less handling.
