An ALCK6150×1000 slant-bed CNC lathe recently finished its trial run at the Alles CNC workshop and will soon be packed for shipment to Colombia. Before packing, the machine went through a complete power-on test to confirm that every function works as designed.
The trial covered spindle run-up across the speed range, turret indexing, movement of the X and Z axes over the full travel, coolant and lubrication systems, and a check of the electrical cabinet and the operating panel.

For the cutting test, a steel bar was clamped in the 250 mm chuck and turned under program control. The machined surface came out bright and even, and the measured diameter was within tolerance, which confirmed the rigidity of the slant bed and the stability of the spindle.

The tailstock was also checked in detail: its travel along the bed, the quill movement, and the alignment with the spindle center line. The alignment result met the assembly standard, which is essential for machining long shaft parts between centers.

Technical parameters of the ALCK6150×1000 CNC lathe:
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Swing over bed | 500 mm |
| Distance between centers | 1000 mm |
| Chuck | 250 mm 3-jaw chuck |
| Spindle bore | 80 mm |
| Spindle speeds | 150–2000 rpm, stepless |
| Main motor | 7.5 kW |
After anti-rust treatment, the lathe will be fixed in a fumigation-free plywood case and shipped to Colombia. With its 500 mm swing over bed and 1000 mm distance between centers, the ALCK6150×1000 fits well for shaft, disc and sleeve parts.
