Indian Customer Mr. Subhendu Shanu Visits Alles CNC

Alles CNC was pleased to welcome Mr. Subhendu Shanu from India this week. A welcome banner was displayed on the big screen of the company hall, and the sales team received him on arrival for a full factory visit.

The visit started in the company hall, where our team introduced the history of Alles CNC through the photo wall — hundreds of pictures recording machine tool projects, exhibitions and customer visits from all over the world over the years.

The tour then moved to the certificates wall, where our international certifications, quality management approvals and honorary qualifications are displayed. Mr. Shanu asked about the standards involved, and our team explained how they are applied in daily production and quality control.

After the hall tour, Mr. Shanu discussed the machine tool product lines with our engineers, covering CNC lathes, vertical machining centers and the configurations most suitable for the Indian market, as well as delivery schedules and after-sales service.
