Mexican Customer Visits Alles CNC and Confirms Order On Site

Alles CNC recently welcomed a customer from Mexico for an on-site factory visit. The trip covered machine inspection, technical discussion and commercial negotiation, and the customer confirmed the order right at our facility.

In the meeting room, both sides reviewed the machine configuration, technical parameters, delivery schedule and after-sales service in detail. Impressed by the professional proposal and the transparent working process, the customer signed the contract and completed the down payment on the spot, officially starting the cooperation.

Afterwards the customer moved to the workshop, where the FCK 56Y-1000 CNC lathe had been prepared for demonstration. Our engineer ran the machine on site and explained the bed structure, spindle system, turret and tooling layout, as well as the control system and accuracy inspection procedure, so that the customer could verify the performance with his own eyes.

The customer spoke highly of the build quality and machining performance of the machine, and was also reassured by the production management and quality control system in the workshop. Alles CNC will now arrange production and pre-shipment inspection, and keep the customer updated at every step until the machine is delivered.
