Recently, one ALCK6150×3000 CNC lathe from ALLES CNC successfully completed assembly, commissioning and pre-shipment inspection. The machine has now passed the acceptance test and is ready to be shipped from China to Russia.

3. Comprehensive Pre-Shipment Inspection

To ensure that the lathe can be put into production smoothly after arriving at the customer's factory, the ALCK6150×3000 underwent a comprehensive acceptance test before shipment. Our technical team carefully checked the machine structure, spindle system, feed axes, tool post, tailstock and CNC control system, and carried out test cutting to verify the machining accuracy.

Key geometric accuracy parameters — including spindle runout, straightness of longitudinal movement, parallelism of the spindle center line with the bed guideways, and positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes — were inspected to confirm that the machine met the required factory standards.

4. Ready for Shipment to Russia

After passing the final inspection, the ALCK6150×3000 entered the export packaging stage. Considering the long-distance transportation from China to Russia, ALLES CNC carried out rust prevention, moisture protection, machine fixing and external protection according to the equipment specifications and transportation requirements, so as to reduce the potential impact of vibration, collision and moisture during international transportation.

According to the schedule, the ALCK6150×3000 CNC lathe will soon be shipped to the customer's factory in Russia.
