Two ALVMC1160 vertical machining centers have successfully completed inspection and are about to be shipped to Chile.

Recently, two ALLES CNC ALVMC1160 vertical machining centers successfully completed their Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), with all performance indicators meeting design and factory standards. Currently, the two machines have officially entered the disassembly, packaging, and shipping stage, and will soon be transported to Chile to provide high-precision, high-efficiency machining equipment support for the local customer's production.

This acceptance test was conducted strictly in accordance with ALLES CNC's standardized quality management process, jointly completed by the company's technical, assembly, and quality inspection teams. From equipment installation and commissioning to trial operation, machining testing, and final acceptance, every step was rigorously controlled to ensure the equipment remained in optimal operating condition before delivery to the customer. During the acceptance test, engineers focused on a comprehensive inspection of the spindle system, three-axis motion system, CNC control system, lubrication system, cooling system, electrical system, and overall machine stability. Continuous trial cutting was used to verify the equipment's comprehensive performance. After multiple tests and long-term operation, both ALVMC1160 machines operated smoothly, with positioning accuracy, repeatability, and machining accuracy all meeting technical requirements, laying a solid foundation for successful delivery.

The ALVMC1160 vertical machining center features a high-strength cast iron bed structure, providing excellent rigidity and vibration resistance, effectively ensuring stability during high-speed cutting. Equipped with a high-performance spindle system, high-precision ball screws, and linear guides, it achieves high-speed, high-precision, and high-efficiency machining, making it widely applicable in machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, mold manufacturing, construction machinery, energy equipment, rail transportation, aerospace parts, and various precision machining industries. Whether it's planar milling, cavity machining, drilling, tapping, or multi-process machining of complex parts, the ALVMC1160 maintains excellent machining quality and stable production efficiency, helping customers effectively improve product quality and reduce overall manufacturing costs.

To ensure customers can quickly put the equipment into production upon receipt, ALLES CNC not only conducted rigorous performance verification but also comprehensively checked the equipment's appearance, accessories, accompanying tools, and technical documents to ensure every configuration matches the customer's order. After inspection, technicians began disassembling the machine according to international export standards, numbering and recording each key component, and performing professional rust prevention treatment on important parts such as guides, spindles, and lead screws. Simultaneously, multiple layers of packaging, including moisture-proof membranes, shock-absorbing materials, and high-strength export wooden crates, effectively prevent the equipment from being affected by moisture, collisions, and vibrations during long-distance sea transport, ensuring the safe arrival of the equipment at the customer's factory in Chile.

As one of ALLES CNC's key products for the international market, the ALVMC series vertical machining centers, with their stable machining performance, reliable quality, and high cost-effectiveness, have been widely exported to many countries and regions in Europe, South America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, gaining recognition from numerous customers. In recent years, with the continuous development of Chile's manufacturing, mining equipment, construction machinery, and metal processing industries, the demand for high-quality CNC machining equipment has been constantly increasing. ALLES CNC, with its comprehensive product system, rich export experience, and professional pre-sales and after-sales services, provides efficient and reliable CNC machining solutions to an increasing number of Chilean customers.

From raw material procurement, parts processing, and complete machine assembly to final inspection and shipment, every piece of equipment strictly adheres to quality management standards. The company always insists on winning the market with quality and winning customers with service, continuously improving product performance and manufacturing processes to provide global customers with more stable, efficient, and intelligent CNC machine tool products.

The successful completion of inspections for the two ALVMC1160 vertical machining centers and their imminent shipment to Chile not only reflects the steady growth of ALLES CNC's international orders but also represents a significant achievement in the company's continued commitment to the South American market. Moving forward, ALLES CNC will continue to adhere to its development philosophy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme, and Continuous Innovation," constantly optimizing product performance and service systems to provide global manufacturing enterprises with more advanced CNC machining equipment. Together with global partners, ALLES CNC will promote the development of intelligent manufacturing and create greater value for the world's manufacturing industry.
