Paraguayan customers visited our factory to inspect the ALCK6166X1000 CNC lathe

Recently, a customer from Paraguay visited our production workshop for an on-site inspection of the soon-to-be-delivered ALCK6166X1000 CNC lathe. With the full cooperation of our technicians, the customer carefully inspected the machine's appearance, accuracy, and operating conditions, and watched several test cutting demonstrations. The machine's smooth operation and high machining accuracy fully met the customer's technical requirements, earning high praise.

The ALCK6166X1000 CNC lathe features a high-rigidity, one-piece cast bed structure with a secondary aging treatment to ensure long-term deformation resistance. The spindle is equipped with high-precision bearings for smooth operation and strong cutting performance, enabling it to perform a variety of machining processes, including external cylindrical, end face, internal hole, thread, and arc machining. This machine is particularly suitable for high-precision machining of steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metal parts, and is widely used in industries such as machinery manufacturing, petrochemicals, and mining machinery.
